In principle, people other than the residents are prohibited from staying overnight. Q. What about inviting my friends or family? A. Please do so, within respectable hours. Feel free to invite them to the parties and events at J-AMS COURT. Q. Is there any curfew? A. No curfew is established. When you come home late, please take care not to be noisy. Q. Can I keep a pet? A. No, unfortunately no pets are allowed. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. We have set these rules so that every resident can live comfortably.
